Recent provincial elections and high unemployment are considered as the main reasons of this down fall in the real estate market.

However, the International Jazz Festival is among the most popular musical events of this city; as along with the players of classical jazz music; a great variety of artists from all over the world; also present a wide variety of musical performances in it.
